Liga Paulista de Beisebol (Paulista Baseball League) Starts 2010 Season

The Liga Paulista de Beisebol started its 2010 season today. The LPB is Brasil’s largest baseball league, encompassing all the major teams in the state and city of São Paulo.  The teams have been broken up into the following conferences:

Conferência Capital (Capital Conference)

- Farmime B

- New Giants A

- Pirituba

- Bats

- Medicina Santo Amaro

- São Francisco

 - Farmime A

Conferência Central (Central Conference)

 - New Giants B

- Wild Eagles

- Black Dogs

- São Bernardo

- Mauá

Conferência Centro Oeste (West-Central Conference)

- Campinas

- Piracicaba

- Americana

- Unesp Botucatu

- FFLCH

- Bacamartes
